The Seven 8ths Polishing Brush is designed for deeper renewal across the full 7/8ths of the skin, especially where texture tends to thicken—feet, knees, elbows, and hands. Carved from strong bamboo and set with medium-firm natural bristles, it offers a stimulating polish that boosts circulation and refines the skin’s surface. Its rounded palm-grip handle rests naturally in the hand, allowing for confident, thorough strokes.
While this brush can be used wet for an energizing scrub in the shower or bath, its truest expression is in dry brushing—where the bristles lift, brighten, and awaken the skin most effectively. Keep one brush dedicated to dry rituals and a separate tool for water work. Dry brushes stay dry; wet brushes live in the bath. Your skin—and your tools—will thank you.

How to Use

Always begin with focused attention to self while taking full breaths.
Place your dry brush on your skin and guide it in slow, circular motions—small or wide, depending on the landscape you’re tending. Sweep each area with 7–8 intentional circles, always moving upward toward the heart wherever the body’s natural flow allows. This supports lymphatic rhythm, surface renewal, and inner vitality.
When your brushing ritual is complete, tap or lightly pound your brush to release any loosened skin, hair, or debris. Then mist the bristles with your preferred natural disinfectant—your brush arrives with a refillable 2 oz amber spray bottle for this very purpose. A light 7–10 spritzes keeps the bristles fresh, clean, and ready for tomorrow’s care.
