The Seven 8ths Gentle Glow Brush is our dedicated tool for tending to the 1/8th—the face. Crafted from lightweight bamboo and fitted with medium-soft natural boar bristles, it softly lifts dead surface cells, clears pores, and invites fresh circulation to rise beneath the skin. Compact in shape, it’s an ideal companion for a daily facial dry-brushing ritual.
While this brush can be used wet for facial cleansing, its truest purpose is dry use. Keep it as your devoted dry-brushing brush, and reserve a separate tool for the shower or bath. A dry brush works best when it remains fully dry—this preserves the bristles, the hygiene, and the gentle effectiveness your skin deserves.

How to Use

Always begin with intention and steady full breaths.
Place your dry brush on your face, with eyes gently closed so you can be present to your face—and present within it. Take full, unhurried breaths as you guide the brush in slow circular motions, adjusting the size of each circle to the unique contours of your features. Sweep each zone with 7–8 mindful circles, avoiding the delicate eye area. Be sure to include the chin, jawline, and the under-chin space, where stagnant lymph often settles.
